Shipping
1. Art editions shown online are subject to availability.
2. Art editions are sent on a guaranteed priority service. The service and courier used may vary depending on location.
3. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
4. You will be notified of shipping costs at time of purchase.
Returns
5. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours.
6. Options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase or a full refund.
Damages
7. All items are insured in transit to cover damage, loss or no-delivery. Once the delivery has been signed for, it is no longer insured by Antonio Saura Editions and is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery. Art editions are photographed prior to shipping to avoid dispute.
8. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact by email within 24 hours of the good being received and we will do everything we can to recrify the situation.
9. Options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
Refunds
10. Refunds will only be applicable where Antonio Saura Editions is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Antonio Saura Editions. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
11. Antonio Saura Editions reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Payment
12. All payments are taken in Euros (EUR).
Domain information
13. Antonio Saura Editions may also collect domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, their paths through the site, and areas of the site they visit most often. 14. All images of art editions are professionally photographed by the Fondation Archives Antonio Saura unless otherwise stated. The imagery and copy online is held under copyright to Fondation Archives Antonio Saura and cannot be used elsewhere without prior consent from the Fondation Archives Antonio Saura. Whilst we do our best to photograph the art editions as closely as possible, we do not hold any do not hold responsibility to perfect colour matching.
